ESTAN SIEMPRE MUY ATENTOS,EN ESPECIAL CON NOSOTROS FUERON LOS RECEPCIONISTAS, Y JOSEFA Y RAFA DENTRO DEL SERVICIO DE HOSTELERIA, QUE SON LOS QUE NOS ATENDIERON. LAS HABITACIONES TIENEN LO IMPRESCINDIBLE Y NECESARIO PARA UNAS BUENAS VACACIONES Y ESTAN SIEMPRE LIMPIAS, COSA QUE SE AGRADECE CUANDO LLEGAS CANSADO DE HACER EXCURSIONES. COSAS MALAS POR DECIR ALGO: AUNQUE NOSOTROS NO TUVIMOS PROBLEMAS DE APARCAMIENTO X LAS FECHAS (FINALES DE FEBRERO), EN EL PARKING GRATUITO SOLO CABEN 6 O 7 COCHES. AUNQUE HAY UN PARKING CERCANO. RELACION CALIDAD-PRECIO MUY BUENO. UN SALUDO Y ESPERO QUE OS HAYA SERVIDO DE ALGO, YA QUE SOY EL UNICO COMENTARIO EN ESPAÑOL CREO.

Have spent many holidays in Magaluf/Palm Nova each year we went promised ourselves we would stay at theSon Matias and in Oct 2009 we did. Had a marvelous holiday what a great time we had best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were marvelous and entertainment great, was really looking forward to going in Oct 2010 but surgery necessitated a cancellation. The staff were marvelous about it and we transferred booking to May 2011 cannot wait to go.

The 3 Amigos are returning with their wives of course. We are all meeting up on the 18th June 2011. Slightly later this year. Looking forward to another great holiday.
