Just had another very pleasant holiday at Son Mat. Staff were great (whats new) Must mention the lady who serviced rooms, we were in 408, Valerie had a couple of days when she was unwell, however the lady who serviced the rooms took everything on her stride and just solved any problems we had.. The high consistency of looking after guests and ensuring they haver a good holiday starts on arrival and really does not end at all, birthday cards, xmas greetings etc, Great place, book early and just enjoy.

If at all possible on future visits, would prefer full sea view with walk in shower. Mainly because of knee problems getting into bath
