I have already left review on Facebook,but feel I should just thankyou all for a wonderful holiday,lovely touch getting fizz and card on hubby’s birthday,all was great ,I need especially to mention Keith on reception,Keith helped us download jet 2 app and on last morning sorted us out by contacting rep and ordering us a taxi after or transfer did not turn up,all the staff are super but I felt Keith really went above and beyond,,we will be back next year

Cannot fault this hotel , fantastic view from every room, spotlessly clean everywhere, food is good with plenty of choice. Have been coming for 12 yrs and fortunate enough to be coming back in May and August this year. Celebrating our wedding anniversary in May. The feeling of coming on holiday knowing everything is good there, is a relaxing thought. Plus you make friends you see each year . Staff are great as they are the same staff each year, and you feel comfortable as you get to no them as well. We like a room on the 8th floor…

Make no mistake if you want a spotless clean beach front hotel,only a couple of hours from the uk,well this is number one.Many hotels have had makeovers to try to match the Son Matias ,but none have made the grade.The food here is very UK but that is no bad thing,as for quality,well don't worry it's all good.Lots of the staff here have become friends as they have been here a long time,as we have.Staff help to make this hotel and don't forget the behind the scenes people,kitchen ,cleaners,laundry staff in fact as a hole package it is really hard…
